Leslie Rothman, has been guiding and inspiring clients through a process that helps them make important, often life changing work and career discoveries. She leverages her 25+ years of Career and Human Resource experience, ranging from her current HR Consulting, Career and Job Search Coaching practice to career work at two universities and human resource recruitment and management experience at Teradyne, Inc. and Summa Four Inc. in New Hampshire and L.L. Bean in Maine. At L.L. Bean for 12+ years, Leslie held the positions of Employment Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and Human Resource Manager.

Leslie established Career and Workplace Directions in 1998, providing Outplacement and Human Resource Consulting services to organizations and Career, Workplace and Job Search Coaching to individuals. Leslie has taught human resource management courses at New Hampshire College and is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. In addition, Leslie has 10 years of non profit board experience and enjoys writing articles for various publications as well as her own blog. She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Macalester College and a MBA from Northeastern University.

Susan McClain, EMBA, is a highly effective coach with a reputation for helping others identify their talents and interests, and re-envision their career path. Working with organizations, she is a results-oriented consultant with a bias for continuous improvement. Susan builds effective partnerships with all stakeholders to develop strategic, systematic solutions that result in stronger organizational capacity and improved business outcomes.

Her experience blends 10 years of strategic and tactical operational management with 10+ years in Human Resource leadership positions. At L.L. Bean for 18 years Susan's positions included Employee Relations Manager, Human Resource Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Order Fulfillment and Contact Center Operations Director. Previous positions at Dead River Company included Manager of Petroleum Supply and Manager of Human Resource Administration.

Susan holds a B.A. in International Affairs and Foreign Languages from the University of Maine and an Executive MBA from Boston University. Susan is a current board member of Portland Trails and the United Way Community Impact Steering & Investment Committees and a former participant of the Institute for Civic Leadership's Intensive Program.
